Terms of service
Last updated: 16 October 2026
These terms apply when you use Nomiqo, including the website, the waitlist and the app. By using Nomiqo you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.
Who can use Nomiqo
You must be at least 13 years old. In Quebec, people under 14 need a parent or guardian's consent. If you use Nomiqo for an organization, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms for it.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist means we may email you once when Nomiqo opens. It doesn't reserve a username, guarantee access on a particular date, or create an account. You can leave the waitlist at any time by emailing nomiqosupport@gmail.com.
Your account
- Keep your sign-in details secure. You're responsible for activity in your account.
- Give accurate information, and keep your card up to date.
Your content
- You own what you put on your cards. You give us permission to store, display and share it as needed to run Nomiqo, for example showing your public card to people who open its link.
- You must have the right to share everything you publish, including photos and logos.
What you can't do
- Impersonate someone else or misrepresent who you are or who you work for.
- Send spam, or collect people's information without their consent.
- Publish unlawful, harmful, hateful or misleading content, or link to malware or scams.
- Try to break, overload, probe or bypass the security of Nomiqo, or access other people's data.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
Contacts you receive
People who share their details through your card do it to connect with you. Use their information only for that relationship. Don't add them to mailing lists or sell their information, and follow Canada's anti-spam law (CASL) and other laws that apply to you.
Plans and pricing
The Free plan is free. Paid plans, priced in Canadian dollars, aren't available yet. Their prices, billing, renewal, cancellation and refund terms will be published here before anyone can buy them.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Nomiqo available and secure, but we can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or stop features. Keep your own exports of important information (available in Settings).
Liability
Nomiqo is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it (which is zero on the Free plan). Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.
Ending your use
You can delete your account at any time in Settings; deletion is permanent. We may close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
Changes to these terms
We will update the date at the top when these terms change, and tell account holders about important changes before they apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
